The Book of Ruth

The Book of Ruth: A compelling, intentionally designed story on inclusion, loyalty, love, redemption. Ruth is the story of an implausible pairing: a widowed Moabite woman and an older Jewish man. Through their story, we’re reminded God moves and works in radically inclusive ways, often bringing those on the margins to the center of the narrative. As we read Ruth, may we reflect on our own stories, cultures, and traditions, and consider the invitation: to welcome those on the outside, to unequivocally behold them as our own family, to see everyone as kin.
