Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Package Your Items
Place the items inside the box along with the original packing slip, ensuring the parcel is taped securely to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
